The Queen was an enormoulsy huge insect which lived on the Big Bug Island. It was the holder of one Shard of Osiris.
It was protected by a shell so powerful that one had to be really close to nature and be able to utilize its energy to cut it open - such person is the leader of the Gangrel Clan, You Te, who made it leave it's coccoon, and Ge Chen killed it, obtaining Osiris' Shard.
